Why we cap our project load
Most builders grow by saying yes. We grew by learning when to say no. The math is simple: a finite team can hold a finite number of jobs to the standard we promise. Beyond that, something quietly gives — usually the part the client can’t see until it’s too late.
Precision needs slack
A schedule with no slack turns every surprise into a compromise. We keep deliberate room in the calendar so that when a wall opens up and the framing tells a different story than the drawings, we can stop and do it right.
Capacity isn’t a limit on ambition. It’s how the ambition survives.
What it means for you
It means a single team that knows your project by heart, one point of accountability from first drawing to final walkthrough, and a finish that was never rushed to make room for the next job.
